About the role

Snackbrands is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Orchard Hills. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth flow of customer orders (from processing and invoicing through to dispatch and delivery). You’ll act as the central link between our sales team, warehouse operations, and freight providers to ensure customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

This role will be 4 days on site and 1 day WFH.

What you’ll be responsible for

- Coordinate daily logistics activities to meet customer and sales requirements.
- Process customer orders from start to finish
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Serve as the key contact point between sales, warehouse, and other departments.
- Oversee inventory receipt, reconciliation, and stock accuracy.
- Liaise with freight providers, warehouse staff, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and process optimisation
- Maintain ERP system records for shipping, receiving, and stock movement.
- Generate logistics reports to maintain visibility of stock movements, customer deliveries, and supplier performance, ensuring data accuracy and operational transparency.

What you’ll bring to the role

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination (preferred).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of inventory management and logistics best practices.
