About the Role

We’re looking for a Dispatch and Logistics Coordinator to join our high-energy team. You’ll play a key role in managing schedules, dispatching jobs, and providing real-time updates to both our customers and Tow Truck Operators (TTOs).

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and enjoy being part of a collaborative and supportive team, this is your opportunity to shine.

What You’ll Bring

- Effective communication skills – You can clearly and professionally communicate with customers, operators, and internal teams.
- Customer service experience – You’ve worked in fast-paced service or coordination roles before (preferred).
- Excellent time management – You can juggle multiple priorities and stay cool under pressure.
- Attention to detail – You take pride in getting the details right, every time.
- Team spirit – You love being part of a team that has each other’s backs.
- Problem-solving mindset – Quick thinker who knows when to escalate issues.
- Technically confident – Comfortable using phones, emails, and booking software (training provided).
