MMB’s Workers Compensation Consultants are the experts at bringing holistic solutions to risk management and claims for some of Australia’s largest national clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Building trust with your clients, and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders
- Provide solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management obstacles
- Improve clients’ performance with risk mitigation methods
- Working in a multi-disciplinary team and sharing your expertise with others
- Generate new and expanded business opportunities
- Lead the national Client Service team
**Day-to-day this might include**:
- Maintaining daily relationships with clients and their executives on projects
- Project managing client deliverables
- Bringing technical knowledge to discussions in claims, premiums and policies
- Recommend suitable solutions from client analysis activities, including claims, premiums and policy structures
- Being a mentor in business development and colleague development

**What you need to have**:
- Relevant Degree (desirable)
- Solid experience in Workers Compensation Advisory or closely related role
- Thorough knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and current market conditions
- Current Driver’s License
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in coaching and mentoring of clients and colleagues
