The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 3000 team members.
**As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint 2 x Network Coordinators for night-shift transport operations at our Hume Road facility in Laverton North.**
The purpose of these roles is to provide after-hours support for the National Linehaul operations and execute the strategy for Lineage Logistics Australia delivering the business' requirements in terms of product, delivery and service whilst managing to commercial targets.
This is achieved through fostering a flexible work team approach which focuses on efficiency, waste reduction, quality, compliance, safety, continuous improvement whilst meeting and exceeding business expectations.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing Road Linehaul schedules and freight routing
- Proactively identifying Linehaul performance gaps and initiating corrective actions and processes
- Supporting the incident reporting process
- Administering & controlling the non-conformance management system
- Assisting management of road & rail Linehaul suppliers including development of Approved supplier.
- Linehaul cost expenditure analysis & reporting
- Ensuring responsibilities are met as set out in the framework documents for OH&S, Environment, Quality and Safety
- Ensuring compliance with statutory OH&S Legislation.
- Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods Legislation.
**Skills and experience/qualifications will ideally include**:
- Experience in a similar role (preferred coming from High Volume Linehaul Operations)
- Refrigerated Transport experience is desired but not essential, including operations/servicing the Food Manufacturers (FMCG)
- Qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics or management
