**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality, customer-focused administrative services to the business to enable timely control of all administrative tasks impacting receipt of revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Compile daily / weekly reports as required
- Place orders and process associated invoices as per management instructions
- The compilation of Client weekly invoices and charging requests
- Check invoice prices and rates and coding them correctly in system
- Data Entry into system, and ensure paperwork flow is maintained
- Inputting drivers run sheets
- Assist the site by providing clerical support as necessary and assist with site inductions
- Creates payment requests for sub-contractors and other vendors then seek approval for payment
- Raising purchase orders for plastics and invoicing

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail are essential
- Strong customer service focus and time management skills
- Computer literacy especially (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, teams)
- Enjoy engaging in teamwork and improving processes
- Strong tech savvy skills and experience
- Clear Financial knowledge and invoice processing procedures and purchase order
- Experience within the logistics industry is an advantage but not essential
- Strong Data entry skills with Accurate numeric typing skills and an attention to detail
- Great communication and work well within a team-based environment
