**About The Role**
Ventia are seeking an experienced Network Delivery Hub Officer to join our transport team in Laverton North. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating crews for our Western Roads Upgrade Project, as well as producing reports to aid the contract in grading crew and works performance.

We are on the lookout for those with experience in dispatching or coordination, ideally with skills in data analysis and integrity checking.

**Responsibilities of the position include**:

- Manage daily activities of work crews/operational resources per contract schedules
- Produce data driven reports and liaise with supervisors to provide performance updates
- Review completed jobs for quality and accuracy of data, including details of labour, materials and photos
- Communicate with external customers and client representatives
- Review quality of programs with the maintenance team
- Schedule and coordinate emergency/time sensitive works

**About You**
- Prior experience in planning/co-ordination or a dispatch based role desirable
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite
- The ability to analyse data to provide operational and cost improvements
- A high level of communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a team
