Position Details

As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now inviting applications from current Lineage Team Members for the roles of Admin Support for Freezers 10 & Freezers 11K at Hume Rd respectively.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Operating appropriate materials handling equipment under licence
  • Assisting in solving stock identification & location problems
  • Contributing to continuous improvement
  • Organising dispatch and receivable operations
  • Maintaining registers, including inventory control and preparing/reconciling reports on stock movements
  • Managing drive hours on-site as per the CoR process
  • Coordinating and confirming booking appointments with customers, carriers and within operational capacity
  • Ensuring all store administration tasks are complete, filed and scanned for auditing purposes
  • Reporting any safety or compliance incidents to Store Management immediately

About You:

You are incredibly well-organised with a reputation for attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.

You will also present with proficient administrative skills i.e. MS Word, Excel and ideally WMS.
