**Laser Clinics Group** are on the lookout for a **Talent Acquisition Consultant **on a (3 month contract**), **who shares our passion for helping more people feel their version of **GOOD.**

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play an integral role in delivering an ambitious network growth project. You will be based in our North Sydney office and take responsibility for high volume recruitment into our clinics across New Zealand. You will also build and maintain a pipeline of talent to support future growth plans.

**What you'll do**:

- Coordinate all hiring requests and align sourcing strategies in franchise and corporate clinics for our NZ market.
- Post advertisements to Job Boards
- Coordinate offer process, set up documentation and contract requests
- Develop pipeline of talent on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search (PTS), Indeed or other job boards
- Work with the field team to source staff for new clinics
- Screen applicant resumes and phone screen applicants
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer process in consultation with the hiring manager
- Coordinate employment contracts with HR team

**We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have**:

- Demonstrated high volume recruitment experience, either in agency or internal
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Goal oriented and motivated by working with ambitious targets
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and written and verbal communication capability.
- Experience using recruitment systems (such as an Applicant Tracking System)
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search (PTS), Indeed and other job boards
- Experience working in the aesthetics, beauty or retail industry is preferred but not essential.
