**About the role**
Reporting into the Marketing and Communications Director, this newly created Marketing Manager position will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that drive growth across all campaigns and areas of FightMND - most notably the Big Freeze. This role will work closely with FightMND’s major partners in Coles, Bunnings, the AFL, Channel 7 and the Herald Sun. You will:

- Deliver marketing and communication strategies to drive growth across the business;
- Develop, manage and deliver integrated marketing and communications plans for the Big Freeze and other campaigns/activities including promotional activity, content creation and ambassador management;
- Manage relevant stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to ensure positive engagement and alignment on deliverables, reporting and deadlines;
- Monitor, evaluate and drive improvement in marketing and communication campaigns; and
- Support other marketing and communications activities across the business as required.

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar field;
- Background in FMCG, retail, consumer goods, agency or sport preferred;
- 5 years+ marketing experience with a proven track record in managing successful campaigns;
- Excellent stakeholder relationship and project management skills; and
- Knowledge and interest in AFL and/or sport desirable.
