A leader in our sector, we produce and distribute a range of well-being beverages and snacks that are mínimally processed, have no added sugar or preservatives, and help our consumers "look after themselves". We are recruiting an experienced “hands on” part-time marketing communications executive to increase awareness, drive product trial and drive sales in all channels, reporting to the Marketing Manager. **Responsibilities**: - Work with the CEO and Marketing Manager to develop the marketing communication strategy and annual plan - Create and manage new marketing campaigns, including supporting the field sales force with POS, website marketing and strategic partnerships. - Manage the Emma & Tom’s Membership program including communications, engagement initiatives and securing incentive partnerships. - Content creation and communications across a variety of channels - internal, external, and digital (including the creation of EDMs and Blogs). - Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies - Oversee all events and promotional activities - Work with our social media agency to optimise all marketing activities - Create and manage the CRM capabilities and communications - Offer proactive and reactive PR/Promotional ideas - Ensure consistent branding across all marketing and advertising activities. Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor in Business (Marketing) or PR or Design - FMCG Marketing/PR experience - Social Media management - Copy writing, you must have excellent written English - Basic graphic design Our Values - Reflect our brand in behaviour and appearance - We are always trying to do things better - Think and Act like an owner - Treat everyone as an individual and with respect - We are responsible team players who show tenacity, initiative and are not afraid to fail You must be creative - able to generate great practical ideas and then execute, great at getting stuff done.
