As a Marketing Manager at Diversified, you will report to the Head of Marketing & Digital. Your primary goals will be to deliver against customer related commercial objectives via the development of the marcomms strategy and execution of the annual customer (visitor and exhibitor) marketing plan for the related brands. The role has a strong marketing and cross functional influence often working with others to achieve results which requires a deep and active understanding of the relevant industry.

**Description**:
Lead the annual brand marcomms strategy development.
Grow revenue and profitability by leading the development, wider business engagement and delivery of the annual marcomms strategy for the brand.
Develop, demonstrate and communicate a strong understanding of the relevant industry.
Work in collaboration with other functions or team members such as the Commercial Product Manager and Sales Manager to develop deep industry understanding to drive better strategy and execution.
Make the commercial case for the annual setting of the Marketing Budgets.
Use campaign performance information to develop campaign and communication plans that will achieve visitor or exhibitor targets.
Lead the implementation and delivery of campaign elements including creative, media, print and mail houses.
Achieve customer targets (registrations, exhibitors, revenue) through outstanding execution of all elements of the event Marketing Plan.
Drive customer (visitor/exhibitor) growth through effective segmentation of relevant verticals and aligned media choices against chosen vertical - strong acquisition and retention campaigns.
Brief and manage all external agencies required to execute roles to deliver the show campaigns
Participate and contribute in cross-functional team meetings
Support marketing efforts onsite at events
Coach and mentor Marketing Coordinators
**Skills and Experiences**:
Minimum of 3-5 years of Marketing Management experience.
3-5 years Business to Business Marketing or event management marketing experience.
Minimum of 2 years People Management experience.
Outstanding campaign planning and execution capability.
Strong commercial track record in delivery of outstanding business performance results.
Strong stakeholder management experience and expertise.
Degree in marketing or related commercial discipline.
Strong data and insights experience - ability to report on individual campaign aspects on an ongoing basis.
Preferred experience with WordPress and Salesforce (Pardot).
Strong ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Experience in the relevant industry (preferred but not essential).
Strong copywriting skills - for marketing collateral, website etc.
Budget management - forecasting and regular reporting including monthly reconciliation reports.
