Opportunity for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join an SME software company which is leading the way in their industry The company has a number of projects ongoing and planned for this year, including a Cloud transformation and building a Client Integration Platform. Aside from your technical expertise, you will bring excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and triage problems.
The Customer Support team has doubled in size over the last few years and does regular training sessions and social events. You'll benefit from joining a cohesive unit which continually learns and supports each other, along with clear progression through the different levels of support (1, 2 and 3).
**Desired experience & attributes**
- Commercial experience in a Customer Support role
- Passion for excellent customer service
- Ability to troubleshoot and triage user issues
- An interest in technology
- Experience in a product-focused support role would be advantageous but not a must
