About the role

This is a 12-month fixed term, full-time position with hybrid work arrangements, including office days at our Mount Waverley location, working rotating shifts between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

This role is crucial for ensuring that our external referrers receive the necessary support and assistance to effectively use I-MED's medical imaging services Strong communication skills, IT troubleshooting abilities, and a customer service-oriented approach are key to success in this position.

What you'll be doing:

  • The position is primarily focused on email and phone communication.
  • Assisting referrers with troubleshooting simple IT issues and providing account support.
  • Operating within a ticketing system to respond to issues and provide inbound support.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and solutions provided.
  • Providing training and guidance to referrers on using I-MED services effectively.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong customer service background, essential for interacting with referrers such as GPs and other medical professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic IT troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously due to the nature of the role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
