An exciting opportunity exists for a **Relief and Recruitment Coordinator** to join our People Team.?You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure we get the right people, in the right place at the right time, as well as build strong relationships with our casual workforce and service leaders.

Your day will start at 7am, supporting the morning relief needs of our services across Melbourne. We can then be flexible with the remainder of the hours This is a part-time position working 32 hours per week.

**What will you do?**
- Coordinate relief needs for our services utilising our relief management system, ShiftMatch.
- Respond to enquiries from both our casual workforce.
- Support in the end-to-end recruitment process for casual educators and teachers.
- Assist with general administration tasks including reporting.
- Updating and maintaining several internal systems holding employee data.

**You will need to **
- Have at leave 2 years of professional experience, including administration experience.
- Be a self-starter who can proactively manage their workload and communicate their needs to stakeholders.
- Able to naturally collaborate, connect and understand other’s perspectives with a strong orientation to playing your part within our team.
- Be calm under pressure and be able to problem solve on the spot
