**About the Role**

The Diversity & Inclusion Advisor will develop and deliver operational and strategic programs and advice to the IntoWork Group to enhance the organisation’s diversity and inclusion profile.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a positive and diverse workforce and promoting a workplace culture that embraces inclusion and equality. Working across the IntoWork Group you will develop and drive gender equity and diversity initiatives and strategies to attract, recruit and maintain a diverse workplace..

Your key responsibilities would include:

- Provide both expert and timely diversity, equity and inclusion advice, support and consultancy to executives, managers and employees in workforce planning, job design, recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, remuneration, conflict resolution and off-boarding
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company policies/procedures, employment awards and agreements, legislation, and contemporary human resource issues and engage with professionals and organisations to maintain an understanding of current diversity, equity and inclusion issues and legislative changes and ensure the development and maintenance of best practice principles.
- Undertake regular reviews of policies, plans, strategies and programs and work with impacted business areas to include diversity, inclusion and equity actions, targets and outcomes.
- Proactively research, develop, recommend and execute creative strategies to foster the organisations diversity goals.
- Manage, drive and advise on the implementation of diversity and inclusion employment strategies, programs and initiatives across the employee experience and identify continuous improvement opportunities to support inclusion and participation.
- Manage and coordinate the development of communication and engagement strategies, content and collateral required to drive successful implementation of diversity and inclusion employment strategies and programs, resulting in high engagement and participation.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Proven experience (minimum of three years) delivering inclusion and diversity action plans and initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to advocate and influence on the delivery of strategic initiatives and action plans.
- Passionate about inclusion, diversity and equity, and demonstrated experienced in the successful delivery of strategic and operational initiatives to support organisational strategy.
- Demonstrated capability in data collection and analysing data effectively to develop inclusive work solutions.
- Experience in advising, coaching, and mentoring employees and managers
- Current drivers licence
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia. A current Working with Children and National Police Checks are required and can be arranged for the suitable applicant._
