What You'll Be Doing

Rostering (Your Superpower)

  • Create and manage daily, weekly, and long-term rosters to ensure services run like clockwork.
  • Handle shift changes, cancellations, and last-minute replacements with a calm, can-do attitude.
  • Allocate the right Helper to the right Member — language, personality, and skills all matter.
  • Work closely with our Care Team to understand each client's specific needs.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Run the full recruitment process: advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks.
  • Onboard new Helpers, making sure they're trained, supported, and ready to shine.
  • Allocate trial shifts and gather member feedback to confirm a great fit.

Ongoing Team Support

  • Be the go-to person for our Helpers (support workers) — answering questions, helping with rosters, and making them feel supported and valued.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with both Helpers and Members.
  • Collaborate with our Care Managers and Team Leaders to improve service delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • You're highly organised and love solving puzzles (rostering is basically a human Tetris).
  • You've got great phone and email communication skills — clear, calm, and kind.
  • You've got experience in rostering, recruitment, or a similar admin role (aged care or health sector experience = a bonus).
  • You understand the pressures and rewards of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You care about people. You want to make life better — not just easier — for others.
