For an Employment Fund Quality Officer to join the team at IntoWork Australia, to work effectively and collaboratively with the Accounts Payable & WorkForce Australia teams across the IntoWork Australia Group. In this newly formed role, you will have the ability to have input into processes from the beginning, while learning & gaining experience from the wider team.

This is a full time permanent position which can be based at our Northcote, Vic or Milton, Qld offices with hybrid working available.

**The Role**:
**Employment Fund**
- Ensure tax invoices comply with Australian Taxation Office guidelines and regulations.
- Validate information of claims against Employment Fund Guidelines and mark as reviewed for processing.
- Liaise with IntoJobs Operational staff regarding any invalid or incomplete claims prior to lodgement.
- Support the Client Fund Coordinator in the delivery of the Employment Fund Service under the Workforce Australia contract. This can include cross coverage of roles in the Employment Fund team during periods of leave.
- Assist in the finance team with the provision of documentary evidence when required for audit purposes.
- Assist in the IntoJobs Corporate team with the provision of documentary evidence when required for audit purposes.

**Customer Service**
- Deliver a superior service to internal and external stakeholders including responding to queries and requests within appropriate timeframes.
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure alignment is reached and satisfaction is achieved in service delivery.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:

- Experience in the interpretation of Employment Fund Guidelines
- Experience with Employment Fund and the Workforce contract considered advantageous
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
- High level of personal initiative
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Ability to analyse problems and present solutions to complex issues
- Pro-active customer service skills
