About the Podiatry Coordinator role
Lead and shape the future of podiatry services at Your Community Health Play a key role in delivering high-quality care to clients and the community. This exciting opportunity lets you manage a dynamic team, oversee operations, and make a lasting impact on the health of your community.
Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, this is an ongoing, part time role (0.8 FTE).
**Your Passion and Commitment will see you**:

- Lead the podiatry discipline, ensuring safe, high-quality, and client-centred care
- Drive operational excellence, managing systems, processes, and service delivery
- Oversee workforce management, recruitment, and staff development
- Maintain a 0.3 FTE caseload while supporting team goals and service integration
- Champion continuous learning, quality improvement, innovation, and compliance with clinical and organisational standards

**To succeed in this role you will have**:

- A relevant degree in podiatry and AHPRA registration
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and operations
- The ability to plan, motivate, and monitor staff performance effectively
