**Role responsibilities**:
- As market superuser, drive best practise (including Health Checks) of the existing SAP & DMO set-up. Maintain QRCs and provide training to factory users.
- Release: Ensure QA release practise are in place for effective and efficient release across all sites (factories and DC's), Train new QA team member on release practise.
- Manage Quality Report manual data refresh, support on Quality Reporting.
- Along with the Market Net Content Control (NCC) support resource, ensuring that the set up and use of the DMO NCC system complies with both Nestlé and regulatory requirements as well as compliance to all external and internal requirements.
- Identify opportunities for reduction in production cost through minimization of overfills and support factory improvement projects.
- Take on the QA lead on assessed product compliance level (PCL) and promoting and supporting improvements within the factories
- Manage Document Control, as DMS market admin and SharePoint document solution admin, provide training support to factory users, conduct health checks to drive best document control practise and compliance.
- Manage and report on the market compliance to the Compliance tracking tool (CTT) system. Review and communicate new Technical Instructions relevant to the market.
**What will make you successful**:
- University graduate or equivalent preferred microbiology, chemistry or food science-related studies is a plus
- Previous Factory and or Business Quality functional roles e.g. consumer quality coordinator or food safety coordinator
- Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams
- Able to work with different levels of stakeholders
- Strong ability to communicate verbally and written
- An Australian drivers license
- A can-do attitude
