Job Summary:

As a Technical Support Specialist at Chery, you will be at the forefront of providing expert technical assistance to our dealer network and customers as we continue to expand our brand. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles in a dealership or OEM environment. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing clear and effective guidance, and ensuring that all technical matters are handled in accordance with our high standards. Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve technical inquiries from dealers and service centres, offering expert advice on diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures.

Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver accurate resolutions.

Collaborate with the factory and product development teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.

Deliver technical training to dealer technicians, improving their ability to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, case records, and reporting to ensure clear communication and follow-up.

Assist in ensuring technical readiness across the dealer network, particularly for new product launches.

Monitor and report recurring technical issues, providing feedback to help improve product quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles in a dealership or OEM environment.

Proficiency in automotive diagnostic tools and software.

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (mechanical, electrical, and software).

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide clear, effective solutions.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant automotive software.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Must have a valid repairer's license.

Ability to travel as needed for on-site support and training.
