**Description**

**About the role**
- Committing to a high quality of loan submission, with a strong emphasis on first time right.
- Resolving member concerns as a first point of contact and escalating where appropriate.
- Rate of pay at commencement is $37.59 + super.

**About you**
- Tier II accreditation, or willingness to obtain.
- Knowledge of the features and benefits of bank products and services with expertise in unsecured and mortgage lending and consumer credit insurance.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to understand, interpret and analyse numerical data and statistical information with the aptitude to recognise discrepancies.
- A strong attention to detail to ensure the accurate verification of loan information.
- Excellent communication skills to be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, managers, and our members.
- Strong organisational skills to manage a large volume of loan documentation, and to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- An understanding of compliance and governance issues pertaining to the role (e.g. NCCP, Privacy Act, Trade Practices Act, Credit Risk Review compliance standards).
