**Your key responsibilities include**:
- Build and sustain stakeholder relationships to promote and monitor contemporary human resource and system management initiatives in the delivery of a client-focused payroll service.
- Manage and lead a team in the delivery of business change and process improvement, training, communication, and compliance assessments to our clients.
- Analyse delivery outcomes across the team, identify continuous improvement and innovative opportunities to enable the Payroll Transactional Services Operational Plan.
- Steer the establishment and delivery of formal and informal projects across the team. Ensuring delivery, capability and effective risk and issue management whilst also navigating known change.
- Build broader organisational capability through expert contemporary learning and development methodologies and skill development initiatives.
To be successful you will need the following key competencies including:
- Proven ability in the management of people, performance, and resources in the delivery of an efficient, effective, change management, communication and learning and development service, inclusive of process compliance assessments and business process improvement activities.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated experience in complex stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in the management of projects and the use of effective project methodologies, including scoping, documentation, governance, risk management and implementation.
- Proven expertise in building capability through diverse learning and development methodologies and delivery modalities.
