About The Role
We are seeking a full-time permanent experienced residential land, built form or LLC Development Manager who is are both enthusiastic and passionate about property development and customer. This is an exciting time to join a business which is growing at pace in a committed and highly experienced team.

Key Accountabilities Include

  • Project planning to ensure all required planning approvals and permits are in place;
  • Budget management to achieve revenue /NCF/NAV targets
  • Management of project delivery to time/cost/quality standards;
  • Negotiating, preparing and managing contracts effectively
  • Strong and pro-active stakeholder engagement and management;
  • Management of Principal Contractors and consultants
  • Management of project financial feasibilities accurately;
  • Project risk management (financial and non-financial);
  • Effective management of WHS&E risk and priorities;
  • Compliance with external/internal regulatory and governance requirements

To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have

  • A Degree in property, civil engineering, planning, land economics or a related discipline
  • A proven track record in residential land, residential or LLC development
  • Exceptional financial and commercial acumen
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and engagement capability
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical capability
  • Feasibility modelling skills (Estate Master DM preferred) and Advanced Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
