We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to join our Brisbane team. Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering land subdivision projects within our Queensland portfolio.

**The Role**:
Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Managing the delivery of the project from concept through to completion.
- Monitor and maintain up-to-date project feasibilities, budgets and project programs.
- Manage and supervise consultants and contractors to ensure that targets and budgets are met.
- Negotiations with relevant authorities.
- Contribute to the sales and marketing strategies.

About You
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

**In addition, you will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in property, engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in managing land developments and managing consultants and contractors.
- Experience in preparing and managing financial models, budgets, project programs etc.
- Professional communication and good interpersonal skills.
