**The Company**
One of Australia's leading diversified Property Groups with an impressive portfolio of assets across Residential, Retail, Commercial and Mixed-use. They have a close-knit team including some of QLD's best Development talent to learn from and collaborate with on a major mixed-use precinct.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Project Director, we are seeking a Development Manager to close a Residential high-rise project. This role will oversee the builder, settlements, registrations through to defect period and QA on a luxury tower. The intitial contract will be 6 month fixed-term, however, there may be opportunity for the role to progress past this point.

**You**
We are seeking someone who has had a proven track record in Residential Development Management, specifically with closing out high-quality apartment projects through their final stages..

Relevant qualifications in a related discipline (Construction, Property Economics, Valuations, Planning, Design etc) along with exemplary stakeholder management, negotiation, communication and presentation skills are all required for this position.
