Meeting and exceeding sales targets and creating a culture conducive to managing high-performance sales teams are essential to the success of this role. Safety is the number one priority in our business and being able to drive compliance is paramount.

**The key responsibilities for this position include**:

- Develop, communicate, and monitor sales strategies and targets to drive business growth
- Lead the sales team to success through continuous improvement
- Support growth through sustainable and ethical sales to existing and especially new customers
- Secure major accounts through prospecting, submissions, presentations, tenders, and negotiations
- Development of new business
- Expansion of service scope to existing customers

**The key requirements for this role include**:

- Solid experience with proven results within a previous Sales Management role preferably within a Service Industry
- Proven track record in field/territory sales
- Ability to work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure a great customer-first experience
- Previous experience in Washroom Hygiene is not a requirement, however, would be highly advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to provide guidance feedback and direction to the team
- Background dealing with Government entities will be advantageous, but not essential.
