**Sales Manager**:
As a result of recent changes and growth, we are currently seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, committed, and hardworking person to join our team. An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to lead the WA Tutt Bryant Hire sales team.

Based out of our Naval Base facility the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales operation of our WA Tutt Bryant Hire sales team.
- Excellent understanding of the earthmoving and construction industry
- Mature negotiation skills
- Setting and reviewing forecast, budget and KPI’s
- Have strong communication, analytical & administrative skills.
- Develop strategies to win new business and retain existing customers.
- Have strong understanding of CRM system/s.
- Good work ethic and passion for the industry
- Work well within a team environment
- Support the Sales team with product and systems training.
- Fully maintained vehicle.
