**The role**:
This position will see you lead a technical sales team to deliver fit for purpose VRF solutions and drive sales growth across the Perth region.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Mentoring and managing technical sales assistants to achieve the technical sales objectives for the region
- Manage assigned accounts to achieve sales revenue and product quantity targets
- Help set sales strategy, targets and objectives
- Create and manage project timelines, quotations and financial/statistical reports as required
- Broker new client relationships while fostering existing ones effectively to optimise business growth

**What you will bring**:

- VRF sales or consulting experience
- Engineering degree and/or Refrigeration Trade Certificate
- Air Conditioning (residential/commercial) sales management experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Experience using Navision and Management systems desirable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Salary for this position goes up to $110,000 + Super + Bonus + Car
