We are looking for a superstar to take our brand Chunky Cheesecakes to the next level.

You will be working alongside the owners of the business to drive the growth of Chunky Cheesecakes as a business and as a brand.

Role Overview:
As the Brand Manager at Chunky Cheesecakes, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and sales. You will play a crucial role in building and strengthening the Chunky Cheesecakes brand identity while exploring new market opportunities and enhancing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies, campaigns, and events to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets, making recommendations for expansion and growth.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers, aiming to convert leads and secure new partnerships.
- Perform monthly analysis and forecasts on sales performance, presenting insights to senior management and making data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all communication channels and touchpoints.
- Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to proactively adjust strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Develop pricing, packaging, selling, and marketing strategies that align with company goals and customer expectations.
- Oversee the company website, ensuring up-to-date and engaging content that reflects the brand's values and offerings.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to create eye-catching point-of-sale materials and promotional items.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and campaigns, making improvements based on performance metrics.

Your position will include:

- Managing the needs of our existing customers.
- Accelerate sales by fostering client relationships. Your seamless communication from the initial enquiry, through to deal closure ensures client satisfaction.
- Developing new relationships with clients.
- Report back customer feedback, work with the bakery team to develop new products and creative ways we can grow the business.
- From time to time, run pop ups and promotional events.

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Dedication to maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Understanding of the food market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools, software, and platforms.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

**Salary**: $61,950.13 - $75,000.00 per year
