My client operates as a digitally native CPG venture studio, crafting brands in Australia for launch in the USA. With strategic bases in Noosa and Los Angeles, their mission centres around initiating or acquiring companies that are digitally native, sustainability-focused, tailored for creators/influencers, or designed for the teen/tween markets.

The General Manager is pivotal, playing a central role across all projects and facets of the company. Collaborating closely with the CEO, this position ensures clear communication, fosters teamwork, and excels in execution, whether hands-on or through agencies and partners. As the GM, you will strategically orchestrate and serve as the CEO/Creative Director's tactical arm, develop scalable processes, oversee crucial projects, and streamline systems for maximum company efficiency. Engaging with all partners, from investors and portfolio CEOs to agency associates and team members.

**Your Skills**:

- Project Management: Organised, detail-focused, and relentless.
- Digital Background: Experience in entrepreneurship, strategy, or creative direction at a top-tier brand or agency.
- Design Appreciation: A leaning towards the quirky and unique, perhaps considering design or creative direction as a career path.
- Trend Spotting: Passionate about emerging trends, always in the loop about what's new and viral.
- Strategic Development: Possesses a solid strategy creation toolkit.

**Desired Experience**:

- Startup background.
