We manage premium short
- and long-term rentals, combining **hospitality, technology, and design** to deliver next-level guest experiences.

We’re expanding — and looking for a **bright, organised, tech-savvy Accommodation & Operations Manager** to join our small, high-energy team.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage day-to-day operations for multiple short
- and long-term rental properties
- Oversee bookings, guest communications, and service quality from check-in to check-out
- Coordinate cleaners, maintenance, and suppliers
- Assist with expense tracking, reports, and invoices
- Jump in during emergencies or after-hours issues when needed (rotational on-call)
- Travel locally between properties as required

**Who You Are**
- In your **20s or early 30s**, looking to grow with a dynamic hospitality company
- **Tech confident** — comfortable setting up listings or using online tools and apps
- Detail-oriented, super organised, and great with time management
- Excellent communicator with strong people and customer service skills
- Confident working independently and problem-solving on the go
- Have **a valid driver licence and your own car (required)**:

- Bonus: experience with Airbnb, or accounting/admin tools
