About Us

Hospirience is a rapidly expanding property and hospitality management company based in Brisbane. We specialise in premium short-term and long-term accommodation management, offering exceptional property care, seamless operations, and a guest experience that sets new standards in hospitality.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Accommodation Manager to join our growing team and oversee the daily operations across a diverse portfolio of managed properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple short-term and long-term rental properties.
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring service excellence and timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate and supervise cleaning, maintenance, and support staff to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Manage booking platforms (Airbnb, , etc.) and optimise occupancy and revenue performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and key partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

About You

  • Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in accommodation, hospitality, or property management.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities independently.
  • Proficient in booking management platforms and property management systems (Airbnb, , etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, guest-first mindset.
  • High attention to detail and dedication to maintaining service excellence.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are an advantage.
  • Qualifications in business, hospitality, or real estate are desirable.
  • Driver license and car required
