We manage premium short- and long-term rentals, combining hospitality, technology, and design to deliver next-level guest experiences.

We're expanding — and looking for a bright, organised, tech-savvy Accommodation & Operations Manager to join our small, high-energy team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day operations for multiple short- and long-term rental properties
  • Oversee bookings, guest communications, and service quality from check-in to check-out
  • Set up and manage listings across Airbnb, , and our internal systems
  • Coordinate cleaners, maintenance, and suppliers
  • Assist with expense tracking, reports, and invoices
  • Jump in during emergencies or after-hours issues when needed (rotational on-call)
  • Travel locally between properties as required

Who You Are

  • In your 20s or early 30s, looking to grow with a dynamic hospitality company
  • Tech confident — comfortable setting up listings or using online tools and apps
  • Detail-oriented, super organised, and great with time management
  • Excellent communicator with strong people and customer service skills
  • Confident working independently and problem-solving on the go
  • Have a valid driver licence and your own car (required)
  • Bonus: experience with Airbnb, or accounting/admin tools
