**Connect3i** is hiring and we are looking for several experienced talent acquisition consultants to work directly with our clients and join our expanding team

**This position is suitable for**

These positions are preferably Canberra based, but can be
**fully remote** from any Australian location.

We provide them with Talent Acquisition and Human Resource consulting services; offering innovative solutions to help enable their growth.

**The job**: We are looking for motivated consultants with a background in agency recruitment to join us in supporting our clients through end-to-end recruitment. We would love to add multiple members to our team who exhibit:

- A drive to achieve results, demonstrated in part by a record of consistently high performance.
- Talent Acquisition experience in a commercial agency or a similar capacity (Defence Industry experience not essential but desired)
- A strong set of personal and professional values that align with our company culture of integrity, innovation, and inspiration.
- The ability to seamlessly integrate into our community, a sense of humour is a must
- Strong communication skills: we communicate with purpose, clarity and respect
- Love to work with people and genuinely help them
