We are seeking a **Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist **to join our growing internal Talent team to support the growth and development of our business. Reporting to a Workforce Planning Lead, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for delivering end-to-end internal recruitment processes for a predominately permanent workforce across Australia.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our People & Culture function and our people experience: from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.

**What you’ll bring**
- Experience in a similar role, or an agency recruiter looking to move into internal recruitment.
- Extensive sourcing experience using tools such as LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search etc.
- Highly effective communication style teamed with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

More than anything, you’ll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the our people, our business and our clients.
