Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Talent Acquisition Officers on a non-ongoing or ongoing position.

**About the Role**:
The skills we are looking for in these roles are as follows:

- Lead and drive talent acquisition
- Analysing and reporting on data to inform of future recruitment strategies
- Coordinating with hiring managers and senior staff to identify resourcing needs
- Determining and advising on selection criteria.
- Design and advise our business areas on job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Provide innovative, fit for purpose solutions to influence decision making
- Actively engage clients to share our combined knowledge and experience
- Be the first point of contact for HR policy advice with particular specialism in Recruitment.
- Support and build a HR capability within Recruitment across the department
- Create and drive attraction strategies
- Find innovative ways to increase diversity

Other requirements of the positions are:

- Australian Citizen
- Be of good character and integrity
- Be able to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance
