**We have an exciting position for a talented Bookkeeper / Payroll Officer to join the team**

This role is extremely flexible, would work for mothers returning to work. We are all about getting the job done well and working around the needs of our people.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Payroll Processing_
- Processing end to end weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for our clients including superannuation, leave processing, workers compensation benefits etc
- Setting up new starters and maintenance of employee files across all systems
- Processing electronic time and attendance records
- Reconcile payroll and generate EFT file/s
- Reconcile leave entitlements
- Filing and archiving of documents as well as other ad hoc duties as required
- Generate, collate and distribute payslips and time and attendance reports
- Prepare and distribute relevant weekly and monthly reports to relevant stakeholders
- Managing Accounts Receivable end to end function
- Proactively managing overdue accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Managing Accounts Payable end to end function
- Daily Sales Reconciliations
- Daily Bank Reconciliations

**About you**:

- Payroll or bookkeeping experience
- First-class organisational skills, a strong customer service ethic with the ability to see issues through to completion
- Experience using MYOB
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal to confidently deliver outcomes with stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation
- A cooperative, professional and mature approach to ‘getting things done’ with a high level of independence and autonomy
