**Your Organisation**
Woodforde Group have partnered with this leading multidisciplinary hospital site in the city fringe which provides emergency and critical care to its client base. Based centrally in the city-fringe, you will work in a dedicated office space close to cafes and parking.
**Your Role**
Reporting to the Finance Manager your primary focus will be supporting the finance function with bookkeeping duties. Working in this close-knit administration team, you will support the wider business daily. Duties will include but not be limited to:
- End to end payroll
- Accounts payables and receivables
- Journal entries
- Monthly reporting
- General administration
You will be a key member of the team on a part-time basis, supporting the finance function and administrative function.
**About You**
You will be an experienced Bookkeeper or Accounts Officer who is looking for a rewarding and challenging role within a busy environment. You will have proven experience either within a stand-alone role or working in a team environment responsible for accounts payables, receivables, payroll, and reporting duties. You will be able to work autonomously and provide support to the Finance Manager. You will have strong excel skills and experience with MYOB is desirable.
