Working on multiple projects simultaneously, the team have developed the technique of offering a quality service to their long-standing clients. The role: - Payroll for 50 end to end - Preparation and Single Touch Payroll Lodgements - Monthly Payroll Tax Return Lodgements - Entering Monthly Bills and invoices to the system and keeping Debtors & Creditors up to date - Identify when invoices are outstanding and raise the question to Directors - Preparation of Month End Journals and a detailed review of transactions - Preparation of the Month End directors report for the monthly directors reporting - Preparation and Lodgement of Monthly IAS - Preparation and Lodgement of BAS - Quarterly Payments of Super Guarantee Amounts through the Xero Clearing House - Preparation and lodgement of the Trust Financial Statements and Tax Returns - Annual Payroll Tax Return Reconciliation - Annual Workcover Rateable Remuneration Estimate - Manage resource utilisation and allocation - Take requests, deal with resources and allocate time to Project Managers - Play an active role in maximising resource utilisation - Work with commercial contracts and project management The ideal person for this role would be a Bookkeeper who has a track record of project management environments. The confidence to approach consultants and directors alike for updates and push when needed. If you have experience using Xero or Runn software, this would be a huge bonus This role is well compensated, but there are additional perks throughout the year such as days out, drinks evenings and celebrating all the wins You can work from home up to 4 days per week, Friday is the day in the office - for team meetings over breakfast
