1. Calendar Management: Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events for executives, ensuring efficient time management.
3. Travel Arrangements: Planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
4. Document Preparation: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, often involving data collection and analysis.
5. Meeting Support: Organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
6. Office Management: Managing office supplies, equipment, and sometimes supervising administrative staff.
7. Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
8. Project Management: Assisting with special projects, which may include research, planning, and execution.
9. Expense Reporting: Managing and reconciling expense reports for executives.
10. Relationship Management: Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining professional relationships on behalf of executives.
11. Task Coordination: Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
