**About the role...**

This is your chance to shape the future of waste management and resource recovery. As the **Strategic Advisor, Waste & Recycling**, you’ll be the driving force behind innovative solutions, guiding our Waste and Recycling Branch with your expertise.

Your leadership will directly impact decision-making at the Office of the CEO, ensuring projects are executed with precision and strategy. With your deep industry knowledge, you’ll be the expert, developing critical training programs and coaching teams to excellence.

This is more than a role—it’s an opportunity to influence governance, financial management, and strategic planning while making a tangible impact on sustainability and operational success.

- Proven leadership capability and experience, including leading by example and consistently working towards a constructive culture.
