We are seeking an individual who is flexible, dynamic and has a positive and growth mindset to join the Human Resources Department.

As the HR Team Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager and the team in their day-to-day activities across the employee lifecycle as we move towards achieving our vision. The HR Vision is to create a work environment where every employee feels valued and inspired to bring their best selves to work every day.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- To organise team meetings, team building activities, travels and HR initiatives.
- Drafting of contracts and employment letters
- Support the onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Collate data and information for the HR Dashboard System - Metrics to measure our success.

The ideal person will possess the following:

- Tech Savvy - Seeking ways to utilise technology to improve the way we work and deliver our service.
- Self-disciplined, organised and demonstrates high attention to detail.
- You will be relationship focused and service orientated.
- Consistently seeking ways to improve our system and processes to deliver quality service to the organisation.
- Energetic and can easily adjust to different personalities and pace of work.
- Beneficial but not essential HR Experience however will consider those currently studying HR/Business/Law or seeking a change in their career.
