Our Fitting Lab in Chipping Norton is looking for an Optical Operations Supervisor. The Optical Fitting lab is responsible for the edging and fitting of optical lenses into frames, and preparing quality glasses for our customers. As our Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the day to day activities our production team at our Henderson lab. Optical Experience A leader with a "hands on" approach to all aspects of your role. Prior leadership experience in a production setting have demonstrated experience in maximising on time production and WIP Capabilities to analyse quality and recommend process improvement Experience with working alongside EHS and Quality and Continuous Improvement team Domestic Logistics and inventory management This role does require some hands-on technical work, so qualifications as an Optical Mechanic, Optical Dispenser or equivalent experience in Optical Fitting is highly desired.
