**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Restoration Projects Officer to join our Project Management team. This role is based in our Chipping Norton office, and is a full-time role involved in the planning, coordination, and delivery of restoration works across our active sites. This role will also include occasional site visits.

Reporting to the Restorations Senior Works Engineer, you will work closely with both office and site teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, from award through to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organise, allocate and manage asset restoration activities across various sites.
- Prepare and issue daily work programs and progress updates.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials.
- Liaise and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain open and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices and project documentation.
- Assist with the preparation and setup of newly awarded works.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Accounts, Admin, People & Systems, Operations, and Site Supervisors.
- Conduct occasional site visits to support restoration progress and quality control.

**About You**:

- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities as this role involves customer client liaison.
- Experience in project coordination within construction or a related field.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
- Proactive team player with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Driver’s licence preferred for occasional site travel.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
