Learning Facilitator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Centacare Brisbane. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to children aged 6 months to kindergarten age.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in early childhood education.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote quality care and education.
**Requirements:**
- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards) OR an equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA.
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Knowledge and understanding of childcare industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
- Passion for the education and care of young children in a play-based learning environment.
- Effective workplace communication skills.
