About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources and Talent Coordinator to join our team at HDR. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Support the performance management process, including probationary reviews and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate and support learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Process personnel actions, including employee records, benefits, and compensation.
  • Develop and maintain HR-related policies, procedures, and templates.
  • Issue employment contracts and resolve any contract-related queries.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, as needed.
Requirements
  • Qualification or certification in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, requiring confidentiality and an understanding of the HR lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Collaborative and proactive with strong attention to detail.
  • Diligent and highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive with a problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
