Human Resources and Talent Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources and Talent Coordinator to join our team at HDR. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Support the performance management process, including probationary reviews and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate and support learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Process personnel actions, including employee records, benefits, and compensation.
- Develop and maintain HR-related policies, procedures, and templates.
- Issue employment contracts and resolve any contract-related queries.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, as needed.
- Qualification or certification in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, requiring confidentiality and an understanding of the HR lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Collaborative and proactive with strong attention to detail.
- Diligent and highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
