Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources and Talent Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating inductions, training, and equipment.
  • Manage employee records and personnel actions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and templates, ensuring consistency and best practice.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including learning and development programs.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on relevant employment legislation and best practices, providing guidance and support to the HR team.
