The Role:
Joining a dynamic team of 4, the Human Resources Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for our team of over 400 colleagues. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with the Hotel's leaders, providing support and escalating queries as required. This is a generalist role, where through your exposure, a plan for a successful HR career can be developed.
Responsibilities will Include:
- Hosting and facilitating orientation for our new team members
- Providing administrative recruitment and HR support
- Responsibility for the coordination of HR activities, programs and initiatives
- Ensuring Payroll queries are responded to in a timely and accurate manner
- The updating of colleague communication platforms including Noticeboards & the Colleague Facebook Group
- The collection, tracking and follow up of compliance data
This Role is Suited to Someone Who:

- Has prior experience in Human Resources in the Hotel industry
