- Technical Sales: Lead technical sales efforts, including identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and fostering client relationships to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, including troubleshooting, inspections, and measurements on-site.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer support.
- Reporting and Analysis: Submit regular sales and product reports, and ensure integrity within the company's CRM, ERP, and other related systems.
- Experience: Good experience in the relevant product line, service line, or process equipment.
- Product Knowledge: Good product and competitor knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and objection-handling techniques.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills, written and spoken, along with strong reporting and presentation abilities.
- Travel: Able to travel up to 75%, domestic and international travel.
- Physical Ability: Must be physically able to climb onto structures and stairs in industrial plants and mines.
