About this role:
As a Practice Manager, you will lead a team of mental health professionals providing trauma-informed care to individuals and families affected by family, domestic, and sexual violence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and support to practitioners from diverse professional backgrounds
- Oversee quality assurance processes and offer expert guidance on service delivery, team performance, and clinical standards
- Support staff in managing complex and high-needs clients, ensuring care aligns with qualifications and service scope
- Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders to meet client, community, and funding objectives
What You Will Need:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience working in the mental health sector, particularly in trauma-informed care
- Knowledge of best practices in service delivery and quality assurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
